Brief: YCN competition - O2
From the 08/09 selection of briefs, me and my collaborative partner chose to work on the o2 brief. We had to respond to the strap line "We're better connected". We settled on the idea of one line connecting people in different ways, such as, the three services o2 offer their customers, text messages, calls and email, also we had the idea of connecting people from different countries as o2 offer free international call deals.
After much hard thought and painful decision making we settled for the more illustrative side of design as we thought it had more mileage as a campaign and slotted into the o2 way of design fairly well.
